By creating an account or using Eniza Music, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Paid plans, including sachet passes and Premium subscriptions, are billed in advance. You can cancel anytime and will retain access until the end of your billing period. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may change with notice.
Artists retain full ownership of the music they upload. By uploading, artists grant Eniza a license to stream and promote their content on the platform. Artists are responsible for ensuring they hold the necessary rights.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorized means, infringing intellectual property, or disrupting other users' experience.
The Eniza name, logo, design and software are owned by Eniza Music and protected by law. You may not use them without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using Eniza and delete your account at any time.
Eniza is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
